We run presentations through schools, sporting clubs and other organisations aimed at having survivors of loved oneâ€™s suicides or self-harm talk about the effects suicide or self-harm has caused â€œBlack Sorrowâ€. This will be complimented with discussion of the warning signs of someone considering suicide or self-harm.
By educating Parents, teachers and loved ones the signs to look for. We will also assist young people get the help they need, once identified, as many do not get the assistance they need, without support.
We work at identifying young people at risk and put them in touch with organisations who have expertise and trained staff including Head space, Beyond Blue and others.
